Refund policy

Returning process 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ludovic.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation
Our policy requires order cancellations within 24 hours. After this time, production starts, and any cancellation will incur fees due to labor and processing costs.
Once an order is canceled, any future orders will not be eligible for cancellation or for the 30-day money-back policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange or adjustment, please contact us directly at [info@ludovic.shop]. Our team will respond promptly with clear and simple steps tailored to your situation, ensuring a smooth process and the best possible experience.

To ensure a smooth experience, each order is eligible for one exchange only. Any additional exchanges or modifications may be subject to applicable fees.

Repeat Returns
Our return policy applies in full to a customer’s first order. However, if a return is requested for a second order, it will be subject to a manufacturing and restocking fee. This fee is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the item and the reason for the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lab-Grown Diamond Refunds:
Lab-grown diamonds purchased from Ludovic are eligible for return within 30 days only if the item received is not a genuine lab-grown diamond or if it is missing its certification. This return policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind. You will have time to verify your diamond’s authenticity and certification with any independent appraiser of your choice.
